1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 13 years old to use Grazing Giraffe and must meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law. If you are below the legal age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf before you use the game. Parental permission does not allow anyone below the applicable minimum age to use the game.
By accepting these terms in the game, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Acceptance of these terms is separate from any consent choices for advertising or personal data.
2. Using the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the applicable app store rules. The game and its artwork, music, code and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Do not redistribute or sell the game, falsely claim ownership of its content, bypass purchase checks, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully. These restrictions do not limit activities permitted by mandatory law, including applicable interoperability rights.
3. Progress and virtual items
The game stores progress and settings on your device, including levels, stars, cosmetics, hints and daily puzzle results. There is no game account or in-game cloud-save service in the current version. Uninstalling the game, clearing its data or losing your device may remove your progress. Device backup services may operate separately.
Earned stars, cosmetic unlocks and hint credits are for use within the game. They are not money, cannot be transferred to other players and cannot be redeemed for cash. This does not affect rights you have in relation to paid content under applicable law.
4. Advertising and hints
The game supports ads between completed levels and optional rewarded ads for hints. A rewarded ad is shown only when you choose that option. A hint credit is awarded when the advertising service reports that the reward was earned; closing an ad before that point may not earn a credit. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
All campaign levels can be played without making a purchase. Advertising choices and relevant data processing are explained in the Privacy Policy. Third-party advertisements and destinations have their own terms.
5. Purchases and refunds
Where offered, the Android version includes a one-time purchase to remove ads and receive hints without watching ads. This is not a recurring subscription. The store checkout shows the price, currency and applicable taxes before you confirm a purchase.
Google Play processes payment. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Purchase restoration requires the applicable store account and a valid entitlement. A refunded or revoked purchase may remove the associated entitlement.
For refund requests, use the store's refund process or contact us. Your statutory withdrawal, refund and consumer rights remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms makes a payment non-refundable where the law provides otherwise. Purchase availability may differ between platforms and versions.
6. Privacy and reminders
Read the Privacy Policy for information about local saves, advertising, purchases and your privacy choices. The policy provides information; accepting these terms does not automatically provide consent for optional processing.
Daily puzzle reminders are optional local device notifications. You can turn them off in the game or your device settings.
7. Updates and availability
We may provide updates to maintain the game, correct bugs or change features. Some features, such as ads and purchase restoration, need an internet connection or third-party services. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability on every device.
We will respect any legal obligations to provide updates, notice or remedies for changes to digital content. You may stop using the game at any time. A material breach of these terms may result in termination of your licence where lawful, with notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach where required.
8. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer protections, including rights relating to defective digital content, refunds or remedies.
Any dispute remains subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction rules that protect consumers. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
When these terms change, we will update their effective date and give notice of material changes. We will request renewed acceptance where required. Changes will not retroactively remove rights you have already acquired.
