1. Who is responsible

The controller for processing described as ours in this policy is [full legal operator name, postal address and country], trading as Pixel Perfect. Privacy contact: [privacy email].

2. Game data on your device

The game does not require a game account. It stores campaign progress, attempts, stars, cosmetic selections, collected snacks, hint credits, language and audio settings on your device. Daily puzzle saves include dates, unfinished moves, results and streaks. Terms acceptance records and session counts are also stored locally.

The current game has no developer-operated cloud-save service or separate gameplay analytics service. These local records are not uploaded to our own game server. Your operating system's device backups may include app data according to your device and account settings. Advertising and purchase services process additional data as described below.

3. Advertising and consent

The game integrates Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). It supports ads at completed-level breaks and optional rewarded ads for hints.

When advertising services operate, Google may process your IP address and approximate location derived from it, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic information. These support ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. The data used depends on your platform, settings, consent choices and the ad configuration.

Where required, Google's consent form appears before ads are requested. Where available, reopen Settings → Privacy Settings in the game to review or change your choices. If consent cannot be checked, gameplay remains available without ads. Declining personalization does not necessarily stop all data processing for contextual ads or fraud prevention.

The current iOS implementation does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or access to the IDFA through an ATT prompt. That does not mean the advertising service processes no data. Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps for more information.

Before publication: confirm the production ad settings, Google service entity, any additional ad partners, applicable opt-out rights and transfer safeguards for each release territory.

4. Purchases

Where available on Android, Google Play handles the one-time remove-ads purchase. The game processes purchase and entitlement information, such as the product identifier, purchase token, signed purchase record and ownership state, to validate purchases, restore access and reconcile refunds. Ownership information may be retained on your device for offline use.

We do not receive your full payment-card information. Google processes store-account and payment information under its own policies. The current iOS implementation does not include an in-app purchasing integration.

5. Notifications

Daily puzzle reminders are optional and disabled by default. If enabled, the game asks for the relevant device permission and schedules notifications locally. You can disable them in game Settings or in your device's notification settings.

This feature does not use a remote push-notification service or send a push token to a messaging backend.

6. Support and this website

If you contact us, we receive the contact information and message you provide and use them to answer your request. Please do not send payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

These web pages do not embed advertising, analytics scripts or externally hosted fonts. Loading the website still sends technical request information, including your IP address, to its hosting provider.

Before publication: identify the support/email and website hosting providers, hosting locations, log purposes and retention periods.

8. Recipients and international transfers

Google receives data through its advertising, consent and purchase services. The relevant platform provider may process device backups and store transactions. Support and website providers receive data needed to operate those services. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Some providers process information outside your country. Where EEA or UK data is transferred internationally, an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards are needed.

Before publication: identify the contracting entities, their roles and processing countries, and the actual adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards relied on, with a way to request a copy. Confirm whether any advertising disclosures constitute a sale or sharing under applicable US state law.

9. Retention and deletion

Local game data stays on your device until overwritten, cleared or removed. Daily puzzle history is limited to 730 saved records. Clearing app data or uninstalling the game generally removes local saves, but may not remove operating-system backups or records held by Google. Removing local purchase data does not itself cancel a store transaction.

Use your device and backup settings to manage local copies. Google retains service data according to its policies and applicable requirements; deleting the game does not automatically delete those records.

Before publication: add the actual support-message, transaction-record and website-log retention periods or specific retention criteria, including any legally required periods.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or obtain a portable copy of your personal data, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority, including in the country where you live or work.

Contact [privacy email] to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Because we do not keep an account or server copy of your local game save, managing that copy may require action on your device.

Review ad choices through the game's Privacy Settings when available, and advertising permissions in your device settings. For data controlled independently by Google or your platform provider, their privacy tools and contact routes also apply.

11. Children and young players

The game is intended for players aged 13 and above, subject to any higher local minimum age. Minors also need a parent or legal guardian to agree to the Terms of Service. The current app does not ask for a date of birth or verify a player's age; accepting the terms is not verified parental consent for data processing.

If you believe information from a child below the applicable minimum age has been processed, contact [privacy email] so the operator can investigate and take appropriate steps.

Before publication: confirm the final target audience and regional protections for children and teens, including ad settings and any required consent mechanism.

12. Changes and contact

We will update this policy when our practices change, show the revised date and provide notice of significant changes where required. A policy update does not itself give consent for new optional processing.
